About Elizabeth
Elizabeth is an experienced physiotherapist providing physiotherapy in Castle Hill and Chatswood, with over 20 years of clinical experience.
She began her physiotherapy career in 2005 and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) and a Master of Physiotherapy (Research). She completed her Australian physiotherapy qualification at the University of Newcastle.
Throughout her career, Elizabeth has gained extensive experience across private practice, hospital, sports and community settings, treating patients of different ages and backgrounds with a broad range of conditions.
Her clinical experience covers general musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including neck and back pain, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand conditions, hip and knee problems, joint and muscle injuries, postural and movement-related concerns and sports injuries. Her broader experience also includes women’s health, Clinical Pilates, TMJ and jaw-related conditions, and neurological rehabilitation.
Elizabeth takes an individualised approach to physiotherapy. Depending on each patient’s presentation, needs and goals, treatment may incorporate manual therapy, joint mobilisation, soft tissue techniques, dry needling, exercise rehabilitation, Clinical Pilates, sports taping and individualised exercise prescription.
With a strong commitment to ongoing learning, Elizabeth has completed extensive continuing professional education across a wide range of physiotherapy and rehabilitation areas.

Elizabeth’s extensive clinical experience and continuing education allow her to draw on a broad range of physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation approaches. Her focus is on selecting an appropriate approach for each individual patient to improve movement, function and confidence in everyday activities.
As the Founder and Director of Sydney Healthcare Group, Elizabeth is actively involved in the development of the group’s physiotherapy and allied health services and in maintaining high standards of patient care across the clinics.
Elizabeth provides physiotherapy at our Castle Hill and Chatswood clinics and speaks English and Korean.
